Shipping Policy We Ship Worldwide!

Once your order is processed and your pieces are ready for dispatch, they are shipped within 1–2 working days. You will receive tracking details upon dispatch (upon request). Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on the destination.

Note: We do not accept complaints related to damaged outer boxes or packaging. Minor wear during transit is common and beyond our control.

All products are transit-insured, which covers product damage, not outer box damage.

Delivery delays caused by courier partners are not within our liability, but our team is available to provide full support in tracking and resolution.
Exchange Policy All orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.LableWhore.com maintains a strict no-exchange policy for reasons related to personal preference.

However, exchanges are only allowed if the product is wrongfully delivered, i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation, or if it has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect. Each exchange request is handled on a case-by-case basis.

Note: All our products are transit insured, so it’s mandatory to make a parcel opening video. Tampered or edited videos will not be considered. Each request is reviewed individually, and LableWhore reserves the final decision-making authority.

Cancellations, Refund & Return Policy Cancellations Policy:

Orders placed on LableWhore.com cannot be cancelled once confirmed. We reserve the right to accept or reject an order at our discretion without providing a reason.

If you wish to cancel a prepaid order, you must do so within 12 hours.Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed with a 5% deduction (processing and transaction charges).Refunds are issued via the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to reflect.

Such issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with complete proof, including an unedited parcel opening video, clear product photos, and order details.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, and it may take up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
